Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the excursion date are eligible for a full refund (if paid online).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by SharmIxir

In rare cases of weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, SharmIxir reserves the right to cancel an excursion. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or an alternative date.

Refund Method

Refunds for online payments will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
